Für alle, die noch nicht herausgefunden haben wie das geht:

Fett: *text*[icon name=”long-arrow-right” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] text
Kursiv: _text_ [icon name=”long-arrow-right” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] text
Durchgestrichen: ~text~ [icon name=”long-arrow-right” class=”” unprefixed_class=””] text

Auch die Kombination der Formatierungen funktioniert:
