I still remember his concert on the “Diamonds and Pearls” tour in the Munich Olympiahalle on June 6, 1992. By chance and a little help from a friend, who works for a local radio station, I got access to to the VIP area right in front of the stage in touching distance to Prince and even catched his sunglasses he wore while performing “You sexy MF”. A fantastic musician,  an incredible performance and an unforgettable night!

Sadly, Prince Rogers Nelson (a.k.a Symbol) passed away today at the age of only 57. Another great musician and performer we lost this year. I think God is casting a great band up there. Rest in peace.
